WANAC started with a simple realization: the transition out of military service is one of the hardest things a veteran will ever do — and most do it without the structure, coaching, or follow-through they need to succeed.

Clarence Narcisse founded WANAC after his own medical separation from the Marine Corps. Like many veterans, he found himself navigating a system that was fragmented by design — benefits in one place, career resources in another, education guidance somewhere else, and no one connecting the dots. TAP gave him information. What it didn’t give him was a plan, a coach, or accountability.

That gap became the mission. While pursuing his MBA at UCLA Anderson, Clarence began building what he wished had existed when he separated: an all-in-one transition hub that combines structured coaching, education pathways, career acceleration, entrepreneurship, and VA claims support under one roof.

“Veterans don’t fail because they lack talent or motivation. They struggle because the system around them is overwhelming, disconnected, and short on follow-through. WANAC exists to close that gap.”

The vision (forward-looking, aspirational)

Our goal is to become the transition program every service member wants to join before they separate — known for real results, sustained support, and a community that doesn’t end when the program does. We’re building toward a future where no veteran has to navigate this alone.

What Sets WANAC Apart

Our distinctive approach to veteran empowerment and professional development

Most transition programs offer a workshop and wish you well. WANAC takes a different approach. We walk with veterans step by step — through coaching sessions, peer-driven fireteams, and structured pathways — making sure things actually get done. Applications submitted. Claims filed. Resumes sharpened. Plans in motion.

We combine the camaraderie of a military unit with the tools of a modern coaching platform, powered by AI that personalizes the experience and keeps veterans on track long after the first session ends.
